True happiness comes from hoping others to be happy.
It's such a wonderful experience. I'm so glad that I can help my friends to solve their problems and guiding them to listen to their own voice and I feel so so happy and rejoice with them.
Sometimes it takes a thousand times to get to know and understand what metta is, but only by applying it on our lives it starts to make a difference. And our confidence to it will also grow stronger and greater.
By putting theories into practice,
Then the knowledge begins to transform into wisdom, integrate as part of our heart.
Then we begin to believe.
Until ultimately we know what Buddha said is right.
And he himself has been proving the dharma through his mind, body and speech too.
So start cultivating loving kindness and things that we find useful in our life.
and transformation begins on its own pace.

It is just as simple as,
Wishing ourselves to be happy, blissful and peaceful every day!
and extending our wishes to everyone we know! ^^
